These Official Rules apply to giveaways, sweepstakes, and promotional prize drawings offered by OG ENERGY, LLC, doing business as Gamer Grinds, unless separate official rules are posted for a specific promotion.
By entering any Gamer Grinds giveaway, you agree to be bound by these Official Rules, the details posted on the applicable giveaway page, and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the promotion.

2. Giveaway Page Controls Promotion Details
Each giveaway may have its own prize, giveaway period, entry deadline, winner announcement date, prize value, and other promotion-specific details.
Those details will be posted on the applicable Gamer Grinds Giveaway Page.
These Official Rules are intended to apply generally to Gamer Grinds giveaways. For current giveaway details, including the prize being offered, approximate retail value, start date, end date, winner selection timing, and any additional instructions, entrants should refer to the active giveaway page.
3. Eligibility
Gamer Grinds giveaways are open only to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
Employees, officers, owners, contractors, representatives, and agents of Sponsor, its affiliates, advertising or promotion partners, fulfillment partners, and members of their immediate families or households are not eligible to enter or win.
The giveaway is void where prohibited or restricted by law.
Sponsor may exclude certain states, territories, or jurisdictions from a specific giveaway if required for legal, regulatory, tax, prize fulfillment, or administrative reasons. Any such exclusions should be listed on the applicable giveaway page.
4. How to Enter
There are two ways to enter.
A. Automatic Purchase Entry
Eligible customers are automatically entered when they make qualifying purchases on GamerGrinds.com during the applicable giveaway period.
Entries are awarded as follows:
Single Coffee Jugs: 1 entry for every $1 spent
Bundles: 2 entries for every $1 spent
Subscriptions and Recurring Subscription Charges: 3 entries for every $1 spent
Entry totals are calculated based on eligible product purchases before taxes, shipping, refunds, chargebacks, canceled orders, or other excluded amounts, unless otherwise stated on the giveaway page.
Refunded, canceled, fraudulent, disputed, or chargeback orders may be disqualified, and any related entries may be removed at Sponsor’s sole discretion.
B. Free Mail-In Entry
No purchase is necessary to enter or win.
To enter without making a purchase, mail a handwritten entry request with your full name, email address, phone number, mailing address, date of birth, and the name of the giveaway you are entering to:

Mail-in entries must be complete, legible, and received before the applicable giveaway deadline listed on the giveaway page.
Limit one mail-in entry per person per giveaway.
Each valid mail-in entry will receive the same number of entries as a $36 subscription purchase, equal to 108 entries, unless otherwise stated on the applicable giveaway page.
Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, illegible, damaged, postage-due, misdirected, or undeliverable mail-in entries.
5. Entry Limits
Unless otherwise stated on the applicable giveaway page, there is no maximum number of purchase-based entries an eligible entrant may receive during a giveaway period.
Mail-in entries are limited to one per person per giveaway.
Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who attempts to manipulate, abuse, or circumvent the entry process, including through multiple identities, fake names, automated systems, fraudulent purchases, chargebacks, disputed orders, or any other unfair method.
6. Prize
The prize, approximate retail value, and any prize-specific details will be listed on the applicable giveaway page.
Prizes may include, but are not limited to, gaming equipment, electronics, consoles, computers, accessories, Gamer Grinds products, merchandise, gift cards, promotional items, or other prizes selected by Sponsor.
Prize details, including brand, model, color, size, specifications, and availability, are at Sponsor’s sole discretion unless specifically stated on the giveaway page.
No cash alternative, substitution, assignment, or transfer of prize is permitted, except Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.
Winner is solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes and any other costs or expenses associated with accepting or using the prize that are not specifically stated as included.
7. Odds of Winning
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received for the applicable giveaway.
8. Winner Selection
After the applicable giveaway period ends, Sponsor will select the potential winner in a random drawing from all eligible entries received.
Winner selection timing and winner announcement details should be listed on the applicable giveaway page.
9. Winner Notification and Verification
The potential winner may be contacted by email, phone, direct message, mail, or another contact method provided at entry.
The potential winner must respond within five business days of Sponsor’s first notification attempt, unless a different response deadline is stated on the giveaway page or winner notification message.
Sponsor may require the potential winner to complete and return an eligibility affidavit, liability release, publicity release, tax form, or other documentation, where permitted by law.
If a potential winner does not respond within the required time, is found to be ineligible, fails to complete required documentation, refuses the prize, or violates these Official Rules, Sponsor may disqualify that potential winner and select an alternate winner.
10. Publicity
Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of a prize constitutes permission for Sponsor to use the winner’s name, likeness, username, city, state, prize information, statements, image, voice, and submitted content for advertising, marketing, social media, website, and promotional purposes without additional compensation.
11. General Conditions
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, modify, or terminate any giveaway if fraud, technical failures, human error, legal restrictions, platform issues, supply problems, or any other factor impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the giveaway.
Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, violates these Official Rules, acts in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, attempts to defraud Sponsor, or acts in a way that could damage the reputation of Sponsor or Gamer Grinds.
Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, incomplete, inaccurate, delayed, undelivered, damaged, stolen, garbled, or failed entries or communications.
12. Release of Liability
By entering, entrants agree to release, discharge, and hold harmless Sponsor, OG ENERGY, LLC, Gamer Grinds, their affiliates, partners, advertising and promotion agencies, suppliers, fulfillment providers, platforms, and their respective officers, owners, employees, contractors, agents, and representatives from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, injuries, costs, or expenses arising out of participation in the giveaway or acceptance, use, misuse, or possession of any prize.
13. Platform Disclaimer
Unless expressly stated otherwise, Gamer Grinds giveaways are not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Twitch, Kick, X, Discord, Shopify, or any other third-party platform.
By entering, you understand that you are providing your information to Sponsor and not to any third-party platform.
14. Privacy
Information submitted in connection with a giveaway may be used by Sponsor to administer the giveaway, contact entrants, verify winners, deliver prizes, and send marketing communications where permitted.
Entrants may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time, but unsubscribing may not prevent Sponsor from sending giveaway administration or winner notification messages.
15. Taxes
Winner is solely responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes associated with prize acceptance and use.
If required by law, Sponsor may issue an IRS Form 1099 or other tax documentation for the value of the prize.
16. Disputes
By entering, entrants agree that any disputes, claims, or causes of action arising out of or connected with a giveaway shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action.
The giveaway and these Official Rules shall be governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Requests must identify the specific giveaway and must be received within 60 days after the applicable giveaway ends.
